In the St. Louis area Leeks, Fennel, Collards, Swiss Chard and Broccoli can be transplanted outdoors in early April. In the St. Louis area Radishes, Parsnips and Carrots can be started from seed outdoors in early April.

In the St. Louis area Sunflower and Fennel can be started from seed indoors in early April.
